As a result of the occupations that her parents held, they lived during her youth in many different locations. As for her education, her mother was employed at more than ten schools. According to some sources online, she is a scientist. She was at Ouachita Baptist University from which she graduated with a BSc degree in Chemistry. Irvin is a well-known TV persona who is a motivational speaker, author and host speaker. She gained popularity after she was named the primary program host at QVC which was where she worked as also a Brand Strategist. She's been with QVC for about seven years. Irvin has not revealed the reason why she left QVC. Many believe she was fired but many believe that she resigned the job she was employed at QVC her own.
